OUR PROGRAMS
No organization can do it alone. Community Connections brings together schools, churches, businesses, agencies, and volunteers to build a stronger, more compassionate safety net for every woman and girl in our region.
When a community comes together with a shared purpose, the ripple effect is extraordinary. Community Connections is how Girl's Zone multiplies its reach — partnering with the people, organizations, and institutions already embedded in the lives of the women and girls we serve, so that no one ever has to ask for help twice before finding it.
Why Community Matters
The challenges facing women and girls in our region are not solved by any single organization working in isolation. They are solved when schools, shelters, churches, businesses, and nonprofits work together — sharing resources, referrals, and relationships — so that every woman and girl has a network of support around her.
Girl's Zone serves as a connector and convener in our community. We build bridges between the women and girls who need help and the organizations best positioned to provide it. We reduce duplication, strengthen referral pathways, and make sure that the most vulnerable members of our community never fall through the cracks.
